Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ClassQuiz, we want our students to be completely satisfied with their premium test prep materials. This page outlines the terms under which purchases can be cancelled or refunded.

1. Subscriptions Cancellation

You can cancel your Monthly (₹99) or Yearly (₹499) premium membership at any time. Once cancelled, your premium access will continue to run until the end of your current active billing cycle, and you will not be charged again on renewal.

2. Refund Request Timeline

If you made a payment in error or are unhappy with our premium question banks, you are eligible to request a refund under these conditions:

• Monthly & Yearly Subscriptions: You must request the refund within 7 days of the purchase transaction.
• Single Quiz Unlocks (₹10): These micro-payments are eligible for a refund within 7 days, provided the unlocked quiz subject has NOT been attempted or completed yet. Once a practice quiz is completed, the payment is non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please write an email to **support@techrya.in** with the subject "Refund Request" and include:

• Your registered student account email address.
• The Razorpay Payment ID or Transaction Reference Number.
• A brief description of the reason for the refund request.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment source (Bank Account, Card, or UPI ID) within 5 to 7 business days, in compliance with bank settlement timelines.
