Welcome to ClassQuiz! By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application and website at https://stdquiz.techrya.in, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of service.

1. User Registration & Security

To practice curriculum MCQs, users must create an account either with a password or by authenticating via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. ClassQuiz reserves the right to suspend accounts engaged in suspicious or abusive activities.

2. License to Use

ClassQuiz grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to download our APK and practice school syllabus quiz papers. Under this license, you may not:

• Modify, republish, or copy the question database structures.
• Use automated bots or scripts to scrape curriculum questions or answers.
• Bypass subscription paywalls to unlock premium chapters.

3. Subscription Payments

Certain content inside the mobile app is premium and requires a payment (Single Quiz Unlock, Monthly Subscription, or Yearly Access). All payments are securely processed by Razorpay. If billing fails but money is deducted, your account will be unlocked as soon as the Razorpay gateway posts transaction clearance.

4. Accuracy of Educational Content & Limitation of Legal Liability

All quiz questions, answer options, explanations, and study materials available on ClassQuiz are compiled for practice, self-assessment, and educational guidance purposes only.

• Human Error & Accuracy: While our team makes every reasonable effort to ensure high content quality, inadvertent errors, typographical mistakes, or incorrect answers may occasionally occur due to human error.
• Correction Commitment: If any error or mistake is identified, we actively work to review and rectify it promptly upon receiving user feedback at support@techrya.in.
• Legal Immunity & Disclaimer of Liability: Under no circumstances shall ClassQuiz, its owners, developers, or parent company (Techrya Services) be held legally, financially, or judicially liable for any errors, omissions, incorrect answers, or any academic/financial consequences resulting from the use of or reliance on our content.
• No Exam Guarantee: ClassQuiz does not guarantee specific marks, grades, or outcomes in official school or board examinations.

5. Service Adjustments
